Professor Salvatore Pace is a 4th-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu with more than 15 years as a black belt. A pioneer of Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu in Europe, he has played an important role in the growth of the Gracie Barra community.

I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, teaching both children and adults, with a passion for movement, wellbeing and the connection between mind and body. I started practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2013.
With over 2,000 hours of Yoga teaching experience, I work with people of all levels — including BJJ practitioners and those at every stage of their movement journey. My experience in Jiu-Jitsu has shaped my understanding of movement, mobility, body awareness, adaptation and injury prevention.
Through BJJ, I've had the opportunity to travel, attend Winter Camps every year and train alongside renowned professors through many seminars. Those experiences have continually expanded my knowledge, both as a practitioner and as an instructor.
I create Yoga Flows that combine stretching, mobility, breathing and mindfulness. I'm also a Barra Fit Flow instructor, developing fluid mobility sequences inspired by both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Yoga.
I also take care of the BJJ academy in Paulton, and I'm a mum of three. For me, movement is about awareness, adaptability and wellbeing — helping both the body and mind move better.
